Un Lugar House San Telmo -Coliving

We had an amazing stay. The rooms were very clean, and the self check-in process was simple and convenient. Cynthia was incredibly responsive and attentive throughout our visit. The location is also great — just an 8–10 minute walk from the San Telmo bus station and the old part of the city.

The only issue we noticed is that after two people take a shower, there isn’t much hot water left for the others. When all rooms are occupied (5+ guests i think) and everyone showers in the evening, the supply of warm water doesn’t seem to be sufficient for everyone. It might be worth looking into whether this could be improved, if possible.

The sun terrace was an excellent place to meet Like minded travellers and discuss plans, just like the old days. Mini Supermarket opposite open to 10.20pm every night, perfect for emergencies. Cynthia was excellent at communicating and ensuring everything was fine

Nothing really.

Sehr gute Lage, wenige Minuten in die Altstadt, aber auch las canteras zu Fuß gut erreichbar. In dem Viertel leben viele Einheimische, sodass man sich direkt wohl fühlt! Mega gute, feste Kissen. Tolle, ruhige Dachterrasse. Könnte etwas liebevoller gestaltet werden

Etwas hellhörig, wenn man also mit "lauten" Gästen gleichzeitig da ist, ggf. Ohropax mitnehmen
