Over all the stuff inside the room needs to work better

Unfortunately, upon arrival, we were met with a strong smell of stale beer, vomit and smoke, which made the space uninviting. Very loud music blaring over from the neighbours having a party didn’t enhance the welcome. We felt uncomfortable and unsafe. Therefore we decided not to spend the night in the place and booked ourselves a more expensive / appealing alternative.

Most of the outlets are broken, room door can't lock, tv doesn't work.

The stair rail outside is unusable for a short disabled person. There is no place to grab on the outside. Need an inside rail. Need sharp kitchen knife and can opener that is not broken. A little TLC on the baseboards and ceilings would make it perfect.

Did not stay at all, unit was in terrible seedy area. My wife was freaking out & refused to stay. Inside unit wasn't anything like reviews??

Great location close to Busch gardens, ZooTampa , and parks.

Had a little trouble with my flight and jay really hooked me up will definitely be booking again !!

It's a cute little comfy spot. Having a whole apartment w/kitchen and everything is much nicer than just a room.

Seems a little like a bad part of town but everyone was very friendly and there were no problems at all.
