Beds were comfortable.

Did not feel the area was safe. Tub did not drain, lamps in bedroom did not work or had no light bulb. Living area seating very uncomfortable. No hooks or storage space in bathroom. Interior door lock would help with feeling of security. Walls are paper thin. Can hear conversations of people below.

I liked nothing about this property due to I was deceived on its cleanliness and electrical safety per OSHA standards of renting a suite/apartment to potential guest. Upon my arrival I found broken doors and stained furniture, along with damaged outlets which could cause an electrical fire. When I asked for a refund, because I didn’t want to stay, I was told to check with booking.com for my refund. By doing so, the property owner still refuse to give me a refund. I then proposed a partial refund by suggesting I pay for one night and requested that the other two nights be refunded and the property owner still decline to agree for a refund. My group and I decided night to stay at Jays Cozy Escape, because Jay escaped with our funds leaving my group and I with an unsafe and dirty unit with broken doors and electrical outlets. Not to mention an unknown party tried to key their way into the unit while we were inside. That right there scared my wife and sister. We were promised a clean unit with working fixtures with no hassle. Totally the opposite. Jay’s Cozy Escape doesn’t deserve to be on booking.com due to their deceptive tactics to get money for poor to no service for their product. If booking.com can help get my money back, please reach out to me.

This was our second time staying at Jays cozy escape and it was just as wonderful as last! We came into town to celebrate my birthday at Busch Gardens and this is the perfect place to stay! We were so happy it was available again to us! :-) Very convenient to get to the park with a little walk to save on parking and just a short trip to Ybor for entertainment after the park. This place is always pristine clean and in a quiet area. Also like that Jay is always attentive to make sure you have the code to get in and always available if you have any questions

Not a thing we don’t like about this place

Cute kitchen and bath. Very clean.

Not the safest part of town. There weren’t enough glasses, towels, and silverware for four. Only two chairs at the small dining table. Not enough seating in the living room for four. The sofa is cute but not comfortable. Beds were kind of spartan but ok.

Very convenient to Busch gardens, comfortable and clean. Great value for my money

The living room furniture was for a child. The beds were not comfortable units, not for a disabled person

Was near to the Tampa attractions

Summary: Air climate was not working for 1 complete day and another night Wall sockets are not mounted correctly Life critical for our baby Complete flat smells after smoke. 3 people went over to another hotel regarding this points 1 big towel for 5 guys, 3 plates for 5 guys. Asking for a discount regarding this points without any answer.

The surrounding area was so sketchy I could not stay there with my kids, did not feel safe. Area is not well lite either.
