Very cute and simple. We were so close to Busch Gardens and restaurants. We will be staying here again.

Was a nice apartment, and we had everything we needed. The location was a walkable distance to Busch Gardens, so it is so convenient. The host was pretty attentive, and the apartment was clean and comfortable.

Whatever thing I didn't like was a minor thing in comparison with the benefits of the location. I recommend this place if you're planning a vacation to Busch Gardens.

Booked at the property because we were looking for something close to Busch gardens, and were even more happy when we got there and realized it was less than a mile from door to gate and we could walk there ($45 savings to not have to pay at the park) 😃Very clean upstairs apartment and everything we needed was right there for us. Absolute bonus that the location is dog friendly 😊 Host was right on top of any questions we had and obvious that he cared about our experience.  Would absolutely book this again, and suggest to others to do the same!

I absolutely DO NOT recommend! -TERRIBLE area. Very very unsafe. The neighbors do not like that this apt is being treated as an air b&b. They got aggressive about the parking. We then parked where they told us to and the next morning we found that someone parked behind us blocking us in (after parking exactly where they told us to). -It's so loud at night (yelling, breaking glass, and pounding on walls and doors). -There was no bedding for the futon (not pull out couch. Super uncomfortable futon). The owner knew how many people we would have in the room, but there was no bleeding for the futon. We noticed that there were 2 cabinets with bike locks on them and realized rhe bedding was in them. We asked for the code to one and were told that they were not meant to be accessed by guests. Eventually, they gave us the code so my child could have a blanket to sleep. -There were 4 towels for 7 people for 2 nights! -We were left with a dirty used sponge in the kitchen for us to clean with. -2nd floor apt with steep stairs. -Hollow floors so you have to tip toe so as not to disturb the neighbors living below.

Very cozy, close to so many things, and very clean.
