Host very welcoming. Accommodation very comfortable. Lovely terrace and quiet bedroom, despite being in the centre of the city. Excellent location next to Royal Palace and near Independenza bus station. Good food available nearby. An excellent place to stay.

No complaints at all. Apartment up several flights of stairs so those with mobility issues may find it difficult.

That terrace! Espectacular views, right at the edge of crazy Italian traffic and the beautiful Normandie Palace. The apartment inside was comfortable, small living room and kitchen but with a terrace so nice we didn’t mind! Host is super nice and welcoming and was available for all out trip. Highly recommended! One of my favourite places in Palermo!!

It can be a little noisy at night… but nothing serious…. After one night you don’t really notice.

Excellant location , everything we needed for an enjoyable stay in Palermo . Andrea our host was very helpful with lots of suggestions for places to eat and visit .

Excellent location in the edge of the old town. Very quiet at night. Excellent balcony view of Norman Palace, great place to sip a glass of wine at night. Comfortable, air conditioned bedroom. Main restaurant zone around the four corners was a 15-20 minute walk ( there were restaurants within 5-6 minutes if you preferred closer).

Be aware that it’s a very steep stair case across three levels, around sixty steps, so not for anyone that has any mobility issues ( they do explicitly say this in the description, so it shouldn’t be a surprise. The bed was comfortable but there were no blankets. One light blanket would have been nice. Be aware that when the sign says no paper I the toilet, they literally mean it. Use the bin. Perhaps off putting to some.

The location of the flat is brilliant, just on the edge of the old city and so much to visit within a fifteen minute walk! Andrea has done a lovely job with the place and the rooftop balcony was so great on the warm evenings to watch the Swifts. He sent us lots of great recommendations and really kindly took us to the airport for our flight home super early in the morning! Palermo is such an incredible city, we crammed so much in, thanks to staying in such a good location.
