Warm and cosy apartment, very clean and the bed is so comfortable. The lovely outside space is brilliant. Andrea was so kind to us during our stay. I will definitely stay there again.

The property is really comfortable and roomy but lusa great roof terrace and is nicely decorated and equipped. The photos are absolutely how it looks. You walk back by the Cathedral and through the gate every night. It’s a great location.

If you are not good on stairs, this is not for you. Also from the rush hour in the morning you will hear traffic noice until about 8. However the apartment is very sound proof and it’s a great location and great value for money.

Andrea is one of the most wonderful people I met on my travels. I cannot thank and praise him enough. From picking me up at the airport after midnight to hanging out with me so I could get a wonderful late night sandwich he is the most kind, thoughtful person and is wonderful to talk to. The apartment is gorgeous! It is in the most wonderful location with a landmark view which I miss already so much, the terrace where I had coffee has the most epic view of the Porto Nuovo and the mountains which surround Palermo the kitchen, the bathroom and the bedroom all are great. But it is the kindness of Andrea and the location of the apartment which are just fabulous. Palermo is a vibrant, wild fascinating and beautiful city overflowing with life history and culture, and there is a wonderful place to get arancini right outside too boot ! :) this is the place from which to explore it from most highly recommended!

Staying at Andrea's apartment was the best choice during our trip to Italy. Great location. Relaxing on the terrace with a phenomenal view was one of the best highlights of our trip.

Stairs hard work sometimes. Street noisy but got used to it.

Our trip to Palermo, in Sicilia, was perfect. We stayed at a nice and modern looking place. Located on the last floor of a building just in front of the Porta Nuova and the Palazzo dei Normanni. You can see both from the outdoor patio. Just near everything to see and visit. It is a great place. I definitely recommend it to all my friends and family.
