GBThe property was clean and tidy.
The fact that you had to go down the hill to register and for meals . It didn’t state when booking you had to do that. Or that it was up a hill , I have difficulty walking. Not happy that we had to go back down the hill to register. We found the hotel and the was no way of knowing what to do to get in it , fortunately some guests were going into the building and showed us where to go
NLRuime kamer in het centrum. Was een los gebouw welke 50 meter van het spa hotel stond. Ontbijt was goed. Goede prijs kwaliteit verhouding.
Klein bed, badkamer was oud en vies en het weer zat in de kitranden. Erg gehorig mbt gasten boven ons.
GBPitlochry was a helpful location as a one night stop-off on a long journey. It's an attractive town, but can be extremely busy during Festival season, as we discovered! We were given a good-sized room with a comfortable bed in one of the hotel's annexes.
Check-in was unnecessarily complicated. Our booking was apparently with The Bank House, but this turned out to be an annexe of the Scotland Spa Hotel which was some distance down the road. Pre-arrival info about this or signage on the Bank House would have saved us time and concern. Reception were very off-hand about this. We were also told the 'free parking on site' was only true if there was a space! Our room was ok but the bathroom was small and shabby and the shower only gave a dribble of water.
GBThe pool was nice. Warm and pleasant to swim in. The jacuzzi was also good. The breakfast was good with lots of choice and plenty to have. The beds were comfy.
The bedrooms were tired with mismatched furniture. The bathrooms were also in need of maintenance. The fridges were very noisy and we couldn't understand why the fresh milk was not in the fridges. The curtains although nice were difficult to close and open and the rails looked like they were cobbled together! The floor in the ladies changing areas were not very clean.

Nothing everything was perfect
GBCloseness to the centre. The bed was comfortable. Good to have a fridge in the room.
Bank House needs refurbishment. Very outdated. The shower water pressure was poor.
ZAGBWe were upgraded into the other house across the street. The rooms were very spacious, perfect for a family staying. For the overnight stay, the property was great. Perfect location and plenty of room.
Could do with the decor freshening up, and a couple of spot lights were out in my room on the ground floor. But other than that, decent.
