Great relaxed space, good to wind down, but not far away at all from good food and shopping! Lovely staff, big rooms - booked a 3 bedroom villa, only needed 2 (each room aside from the main had 2 large single beds, kids 9&11 shared one room).

if you want to promote yourself as a nice place to stay you need to invest some money in it. Your kitchens are out dated, dark dirty and as usual, electrical things are dodgey. My room blew the fuses due to a suspect wall plug. 4 out of 10

Well laid out villas with pool, super friendly staff

Restaurant does not have much vegetarian choices for dinner. After a tiring day, after all we were there to roam around Bali, it would have been nice if we could have dinner at hotel and rest up.

"Lovely villa, with lovely staff."

The Bidadari villa was amazing, the staff were all so lovely and friendly and made you feel welcome since the time you arrive to the time you leave. Everything was exceptional and clean and perfect. The perfect getaway for family and couples. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Everything was perfect. The food was nice, the staff was helpful, everything was clean, the bed was super comfy, the bathroom was beautiful, the location was very close to the center of Canggu. Incredible price per value.

Everything was perfect. The food could be improved a bit, but nothing extremely important. The floating breakfast wasn’t incredible but it was fine for some pictures.

"Spacious - could be great seems run down and dilapidated"

Breakfast wasn't great, so only went once, pavement/ path was open in many places presenting trip hazards to the room. The spa was closed for serious overhaul and maintenance for the entire stay. And eve before i got there i realised booking.com had expanded my search area criteria, so even though I contacted them within 2minutes of booking when I relaised the error they still wanted to charge me 50% of a 10 night stay. Pretty poor form to be honest. So all in all not the best experience
