A great place to stay if visiting Boston Spa - easy day trip to York - Mathew and Lynn were terrific hosts with great communication - cottage was very quiet and peaceful

Very nice and cozy place to stay.

In the morning, we were asked to check out at 10 am, though the booking confirmation clearly stated the check out time 10-11 am. Worth double-checking with the hosts.

"Lovely Stay."

Location was great,lovely and peaceful.Lovely cottage with everything we needed.

Lighting was very dull in the lounge area,we found the lounge cold even when the heating was on.
