St Mary's Cottage

Superb location for us and a nice sized property

Just that there wasn’t a clothes dryer

Great location, as we were visiting family locally, we have been before and love Boston Spa. Very short walking distance to good restaurants and pubs - had nice meals in the Crown and L’Aquila Great circular river walk on one day Nice attractive design / decor in cottage, fabulous looking kitchen and bathroom, ( good shower ) had everything we needed Comfortable beds great to have parking

Only minor - could do with a few oven trays/ and larger sauce pans ( as only one small one and milk pan) not enough to make a meal Perhaps make more of the conservatory as is a bit unwelcoming- to sit in -but it was useful for shoe/boot storage Only one bath and hand towel put on each bed - therefore not enough if other people had stayed- luckily they did not so we had a set each These things did not affect our stay in anyway , just wanted to point out.

Location was good

Staircase. As an 83 year top of staircase lacked insufficient rail making me feel wary & unsafe

Beautiful well looked after property for a stop over stay. Nothing was too much trouble & was no trouble with check in/out. Perfect for a couple or family

Comfortable and homely with very close and good shops, cafes and takeaways to cater for our stay. Easy journey to Harrogate for the Great Yorkshire Show.

Really not anything wrong, it was great. Driveway entry would be a shuffle for really big vehicles, but good to have otherwise.

Location was amazing, and all the little extras, the hosts had honestly thought of everything - it felt like a proper home from home. We were travelling with 2 kids and a dog, and everyone loved it/settled in no problem!

Nothing really.. if I was to be super picky.. the shower pressure maybe wasn’t as powerful as we thought it would be... But bathroom is amazing, and like I say it’s total nit-picking!!

This is the second time we have stayed at St Mary's Cottage and it is a little hidden gem! 10 minutes from Stockeld Park, 20 mins to York and Leeds. An excellent location for a wide range of activities. The cottage is spotless and the basic essentials which are left are a lovely touch. The main street has a great selection of places to eat and drink and two convience stores incase you have forgotten anything. There is a great park for children a five minute walk away too. We will definitely be back.

Location was great couple mins wall to all amenities. Nice restaurants especially the Italian

Bed very soft and lumpy Conservatory wasn't very welcoming to sit in with some nets not on windows. Personally I don't think it needs the Conservatory it's old and tired.

Nice and clean.

Perfect size for a short stay. Parking. Short drive from A1M and close to some great eateries.
