"Nice place, but only suitable for 6 people if for a very short stay"

Little extras like welcome foods etc

Parking clarification - different details as to whether there was parking for 1 or 2 cars - only suitable for 2 cars if both are very small. Very tight for 6 people and seating doesn't cater for 6 in the kitchen.

Excellent welcome package, comfortable beds, quality bathroom, well equipped kitchen, overall ambiance very nice.

Really uncomfortable tractor seat stools. None of the table seating was conducive to a long leisurely meal.

Lovely cottage. Clean and comfortable. Right off high street in Boston spa but very quiet. Convenient location for York etc.Matthew and Lynn were really helpful, great hosts. Really appreciated the welcome package they left as we arrived late and didnt have time to stop for milk etc. Responded quickly to our texts. I can see why this venue gets so booked up! We will definitely be back.

"Lovely place"

Location was great and property was very clean and well maintained. Just what we needed. Bathroom was lovely and the milk, fruit and bread was a nice touch.

Seating in the kitchen and conservatory needs finishing off. But this didn’t detract from a very nice stay.

St.Mary's Cottage was an ideal place to stay while visiting Yorkshire. The house was very well equiped and was cosy & warm. It was peaceful at night thus ensuring a good nights rest.
