Little Barham B&B

The service was exceptional, the owners of the property were really kind and professional.

The location was proper outskirts.

B&B misrepresented by its own website View over courtyard garden was actually the car park! Bed uncomfortable, lighting poor and too bright no extractor in bathroom, coffee served in a tea pot at breakfast time and was too strong.

Very friendly couple run the place and they couldn't be more helpful.

Good room, nice host, breakfast, pool. All good for a night in that region.

We didn't have warm water but the host said this usually doesn't happen. So no worries, next day it was warm. It's a bit less private than we would have liked, e.g. you sit at a table with other guests at breakfast, and we couldn't sit right next to each other. But the host is supportive and the pool was very nice. Basically, it feels like you are visiting s.o. rather than staying at a hotel, with all pros and cons.

The hosts were absolutely lovely, felt so comfortable , in the evening when me and my partner didn't realise the time as we was going to order take away and was to late they offered to make us sandwiches which was so kind of them!!!. The pool is nice and heated and very clean we loved it. They have thought of everything that you may need. One of the hosts even went out that evening and invited my partner out with him and had a game of pool together. The rooms are spotless, they are absolutely lovely and was a very enjoyable place to go and am booking again.

Can't fault it in anyway.

The accommodation was equipped with everything we needed, the pool was lovely,clean and very refreshing with changing rooms at the poolside The hosts of little barham were amazing very welcoming and polite made us feel so comfortable they looked after us from the minute we got there , the breakfast was was perfect a full English but with loads of other options, all in all a perfect retreat

I loved everything about the property, cannot recommend enough and the hosts go above and beyond! A real treasure.
