Little Barham B&B

It was clean comfy and a great host.

I’ve realised staying in someone else’s home isn’t for me, for some it’s ideal if you don’t want to be alone but for us as a couple we wanted privacy.

Very clean room. Lovely environment, garden and of course the two great feline ambassadors sending the warmest welcome.

The family who owned the BnB were lovely,, the lady greeted me at the door made me feel very welcome and comfortable,, I was able to meet everyone else the other guests and cats later on,, breakfast was delish!! And the man who owned the BnB couldn't do enough,, they have beautiful walks in the area,, the family have chickens was nice to meet them and a pool to relax in

I found the property a bit quiet.. the bed and room were quite big.. found it hard to fill the space,, there is a playgroup next door with rd that can be quite loud, the sun's also close when your upstairs, would of liked something on the windows for a bit more. privacy

Beautiful village, place to stay & great hosts.

No pub in the village

The location and villages travelled through to get to Little Barham are just so picturesque and quaint. Couldn't fault the place on peace and tranquility. Didn't hear any traffic, dogs barking or anyone talking or shouting, just the birds tweeting. It was wonderful! Cliff was a wonderful host and we loved our breakfasts each morning. Our room was big with a lovely view out the back. Totally recommend! 😁

That we couldn't stay longer.

Very good location, rooms were fresh & clean & breakfast was excellent. Cliff made us extremely welcome & was attentive to our needs. He also gave us a very good recommendation for dinner locally. Good base for visiting this part of Essex & nearby places of interest.

Peaceful and set in the countryside. Breakfast times were flexible and buffet-style. On-site parking was adequate and after-hours checkin / checkout unproblematic.

Remote - own car needed to get around.
