"It was not a very comfortable or pleasurable stay."

Location was good and AC was working well.

It was not clean, sheets had stains, there were handprints on the windows, bugs in the room, and the water was so hot it burned my hand more than once

Great location, good decor in apartment, good aircon. comfortable matress,

Lots of noise early morning from other residents using the lift. Pillows on bed are poor and need to be replaced with something a lot firmer.

"Great base for Genoa stay"

We loved the design, location and the facilities provided by the host. After discovering different parts of Genoa, we definitely think this is the best place to be based, it is close to everything. The check in process was easy, the building that the apartment was located in was really nice, and the whole vibe of the place really worked for us. The bed for comfortable and the place was really clean.

Similar to other reviews, we didn’t love the lighting situation. Some rooms lacked light where others were flooded with artificial lighting. Some more natural light & considered fixtures would add to this property. Also, it is a ground floor apartment so there is some level of noise with people coming and going, but nothing that some earplugs didn’t fix.

"It was a nice stay."

It was very nice designed, with a lot of attention to details, clean and spacious. location was great as well.

We did not like it did not have mosquitoes nest at the windows, which made difficult during the night to stay with the window open. Also an iron would have been helpful.

"Overall disappointed with our choice of accommodation."

Good location and good communication from host Good coffee machine

It was old and run down and not cleaned well. Shower head was broken. Bed very uncomfortable with a thin dirty blanket. Very dark, no natural light. All windows were closed despite a large number of mosquitos getting in.

"We would definitely stay here again. Right in the centre, easy to get around, groceries close by."

The beds, facilities, cooking set up were all great. It was clean and tidy, very quiet. We enjoyed our stay, it was easy to get around, Lavinia left maps and information, very helpful.

The air bed in the loft was not great for sleeping. There is a big marble piece on the floor and stubbed our toes x3. should be removed.
