No housekeeping for longest stay

Bilik smelly..i ambil 2 apartment.. Bilik 11-08 katil patah di bilik queen bed,carpet ada kotor yg banyak..memang x patut kita yg baru masuk on that day ..

From pictures it looked pleasant but the property lacked proper maintenance. The first thing we enter we immediately noticed that there was a strong foul scent coming from the property. There were holes in the ceiling and doors. In fact in one of the rooms they used tissues to cover up the hole where the lock is supposed to be. Despite trying to make things right by sending housekeeping unfortunately they were unable to remove the foul smell. Turns out the foul smell came from the urinated sofa and bad sewage system. It was extremely foul that it stank the whole room. I requested for housekeeping to remove the sofa cushions to get rid of the stench but when we came back the cushions were still there. We tried to get in contact with the property management but they didn’t reply until the next morning. It was such a bad uncomfortable experience that we couldn’t stay another night.. we checked out immediately and requested a refund. Overall it was uncomfortable and dirty. I’m still waiting for my refund..

Very comfortable and clean

The master room AC was leacking and the other room also not so cold.. The others was ok
