When we reached there and do check in then found out we are not allowed to use the carpark the staff there ask me to park at the visitor （ outside parking ） then i ask the staff what if outside parking is full？ they cannot answer me after check in the room me and my wife went out for dinner after dinner we came bk really no parking after that i ask the security guy where can i park he ask me to park in the multistorey carpark which is under shoplot onwer never mention anything just tell us to go down and park then we need to pay the overnight parking fee RM30 which i book under ur airbnb but i need to pay the parking？ fine～ then morning we wakeup and do the checkout precess after that we went to carpark find out our car clamped by the shoplot owner ！ this is really uncomfortable and unfair for us We are traveling from so far to here We rent a car and we choose to book homestay from u and end out I cannot park inside and my car clamped by the management. I ask the staff they push away my question Then I have to pay RM30 for the parking fee and RM100 for the unlock clamp wheels fee This is really poor experience for my first time travel in Kota Kinabalu

The aisle is a bit small

The property is good and neat. Not too clean, some of the door the handle is broken. Owner did provide cloth steamer but no hanger, we had to hold our clothes just to steam it.

I had an amazing experience at this homestay! The place was clean, cozy, and exactly like the photos — even better in person. The host was super friendly, helpful, and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Location was perfect — close to local attractions and food spots, yet peaceful and quiet at night. The little touches like complimentary clean towels, and fast WiFi really made a difference. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a home away from home. Definitely coming back again!
