"Suitable for a reason to be in that location"

Convenient to a near by wedding venue but it is a long track to get to it from the hotel.

Overrun by military on work shops, at time of my visit. Near impossible to park your car as the hotel, a spa next door and a wedding venue all compete for the on road parking, no car park.

"Very bad price-to-value ratio"

Great location Food

Not clean - dust in room All furniture, hallways, rooms, open spaces, elevators had many signs of wear and tare. That would be sort of ok if it were very cheap but in fact it was quite expensive.
