The breakfast was great as were the grounds and the location

No hot water in the shower (lukewarm, not cold, but certainly not hot), no iron in the room - we were told there was one of the 4th floor, and found it, but it didn't work... all kinds of other small things too... Bottom line, was an OK stay, but way too expensive for what we got.

המקום בול לשמפחות עם ילדים, טרמפולינה ענקית וחדשה, מגלשת מים חמודה, מזרקות, חדר משחקים, הקרנה של סרטים וסדרות מצויירות לילדים, מפעילות חמודות, גן מוזיקלי. האוכל טעים מושקע מגוון- השף פשוט מקסים עוזר, שמח ולבבי כמו שאר הצוות שתמיד שמחים לעזור. עובדי קבלה אדיבים ונחמדים אפילו פינקו בקפה כי לא היה איפה לקנות בשבת. ישנו קאנטרי ממש 5 דקות מהמלון ממש נחמד שקט, אין הרבה אנשים וצפיפות. הבריכה מחוממת ומקורה ישנה בריכת בחוץ לקטנטנים לדעתי היא קרה מידי למרות שהיו שם יחסית הרבה ילדים. החדר עם החצר ממש נחמד וכיף לצאת לשבת בחוץ. החדר גדול הינו זוג עם מיטת יחיד נוספת ולולו

הניקיון יכול להיות קצת יותר נקי (יש הרבה ילדים לכן יש יותר לכלוך) ממליצה למלון לשים שטיחים כדי שישמעו פחות עגלות של הניקיון

שהברכה מרוחקת ולא בתוך המלון עצמו

האוכל נהדר השף אדם מקסים אם אהבה אמיתית למקצוע ורצון לענות לכל פניה

חדר המשחקים והבריכה נפתחים ב10.00, חדר המשחקים נסגר ב18.00 לדעתי כדי להרחיב את שעות הפעילות

The location is good and has a nice view. We got rooms next to each other. Nice activities for children.

Not clean, not well maintained. Intense smell in the corridor. Bathroom has no spaces to hang the towels. In a room for 3 adults it wasn’t equipped enough. Only two of each thing like mugs etc. not enough toilet paper. Switch in the bath to change between the tap and the shower head was broken. The staff was apathetic and slow. The area around the children water slide was stinking like trash. Not enough access to drinks - we were just a bit late for the check in because of traffic and there were no drinks available anymore.
