Clean.

Parking issue. Someone took our parking lot and yet we are the customer who has to liase with the guard. And worst, nothing happened to the ones who stole the parking. And why is this terrible? Meaning 90% possibility everybody will choose to do the mistake and we the customer had to deal this shit. No discipline aka clamping, how to prevent next occurance??? I do check on the car that stole the lot, why no action? We paid for convinience ,correct or not???? Terrible customer service from your side.

The view was good. Rooms are spacious and clean.

A bit too far from the town centre if on foot and nearby food court was ok. There are fast food but we didn't come to Malacca for that.

Apartment is clean. Owner is responsive. Easy n Great check in n out process.

Towel is very smelly even they bring new towel also very smelly. I think this is not acceptable. Bedsheets also got stains. The Cuttery rack is so dusty as well.

I love everything about this place, nice sea view, very comfortable and clean place, affordable price, and strategic location. The staff also provided a detailed explanation on the direction to the place and how to check-in. Very easy to follow. Will repeat staying with Beestay in future✨

Well ventilated bedrooms. The bed is great, very comfortable and clean bedsheets. Good facilities like the gym and the swimming pool

Unobstructed viewing for now, but I wonder when other high structures come out in the future 🤔

Good view

Poor housekeeping. Provided with 2 cups and 2 bath towels though we have a total of four guests. To make thing worse, one of the towels was badly torn and very old with stain marks. Though a frying pan and a mobile stove provided but without cooking utensils. No drinking glasses provided. Previous occupiers' used shampoo and bodywash were left in the the shower.

- mgmt service is great! > we were first assigned with an unit with bad smell from the master bathroom’s mechanical ventilation fan. The host immediately provide us a solution by changing to another unit after we raise this issue > a small episode happened that we thought we might have loss a passport in the first unit and mgmt is good enough to provide us an access to that unit again to just search for it. We truly appreciate for this kind gesture!! 🙏🏼 - city view - the unit is facing malacca city view, the night view is excellent compared to day time. I personally find its better than the sea view because you can barely see anything at night and there are actually some building structures in between the development and the sea

- cleanliness - first unit (there are hairs left at the 2nd bathroom floor trap) and second unit (some yellowish item floating inside the main bathroom toilet bowl). These are no big deals so far and we already given these feedback to the mgmt to take note on their cleaners service.
