1. The house was very neat and tidy. 2. Utilities provided were very handful. 3. Bathrooms were clean 4. Beautiful beach view especially from the pool area, beach is walking distance.

1. Floors were little stained in the big room and the bed part had some dust, could maybe work on the cleanliness throughly at the bed head part. 2. Bigger sofa or chair could be provided as only 3 people max can seat on it.

the car park is inside the building, but you have to drive to the 3rd level of the building and park at the designated parking area. the instruction to self check in is clear. the host should put the steps to unlock the door too because i have problems to unlock the door at first. luckily the neighbour next door is friendly and helped us to unlock the door.

the host should put extra notice to the customer about the passkey. you have to bring your passkey all the time if you want to enter or out of the premise because you wont be able to press the level in the lift if you dont have the passkey. i dont know about this and went out to grab my things at the car without bringing the passkey. when i went into the lift to go up, i find that the lift do not respond when i press the level. then the lift just go up and stop at other level. i was alone in the lift and i was stuck in the lift. when the lift door opened because there was other people went into the lift, i thought of going to my level by stairs, but the stair door was a one way door. it just can be opened from the outside. i dont know about this and went into the stairs. luckily i just have to climb 2 more level but when i want to go out of the door i find that the door cant be opened, and i'm stuck again at the stairs at level 22. i felt tired at that time and dont know what to do. luckily i did bring my phone and call my sister to open the stair door from the outside. this incident make me feel very bad for this homestay. also the pool's rules is very strict, and you have to book the pool one day ealier. the inside of the apartment also not very big and the amenities in the apartment is just basic.

Comfortable apartment and facilities. Friendly and helpful staff. Great views and nice terrace and pool area.

Reasonable but still a short grab distance to Malacca old town.

I have nothing to share,overall upset.n bad experience.

From the day 1, having problem with open the main door of the room.called so many time for favour the person oni will wasup.so need to wait.i brought small kids.Room was dusty and with hair.overall very disappointed trips.the place out frm city.not much facilities.

The location was strategic

The check in process a bit complicated, can't use swimming pool and when entered the house it wasnt that clean , we have to clean it ourselves, and the deposit collected was outside booking.com which is till date I haven't received it

Have been stay here for 2 times already.. last year and i came back here again this year. Excellent facilities. Easy self check in. Not far with Klebang Beach and town.
