The accommodation is excellent, comfortable beds and a great host!!!

The host was very friendly and helpful. He gave me recommendations on good restaurants. The apartment is in a good location to explore a lot of Valencia walking. It was very clean, and you will find everything you need (eg fully equipped kitchen). I can definitely recommend to stay here!

Nothing to complain about

The location to Valencia Central Market and the Old Town was excellent. Easily walkable. Walking the other way, taxis & buses are readily available. Kitchen is well equipped and the shower has great water flow.

Double mattress was a little on the hard side for our liking.

The apartment is located in a very convenient area, right in the city center. There are many shops nearby, a large traditional Spanish market, and a beautiful square just a short walk away. Public transport is easily accessible, which makes getting around the city very easy. The apartment itself is clean and has everything needed for a comfortable stay. René, the host, was always in touch and ready to help with any questions. He was also kind enough to extend our check-out time a little after we asked in advance, which we truly appreciated. Our impressions of the city are incredible, and I believe that one of the main reasons for this was the excellent location of the apartment. We really enjoyed our stay and would be happy to come back.

Fully equipped apartment, very good for families with children. Easy access to transport and shops in the area.

The whole area was very unpleasant. Strange people hanging out on the street next to the entrance to the apartment building. Police several times a day, very unpleasant area. The apartment could be a little bit cleaner.

Just back from staying here for 5 nights. I honestly could not fault the whole experience. The apartment was great & the owner was contactable all through the time we were there if we needed to ask for some information. The location was great & I would definitely stay here again if I was coming back to Valencia.

There wasn't anything I could complain about. I see from earlier reviews that there are comments about people hanging around outside. Yes, there are people hanging around outside, but not once did I feel threatened or intimidated. Also, I saw some complaints about the shower. The shower is actually fine & very powerful. I think some people like to complain just for the sake of it.

It was clean and tidy, and had everything we needed. Also, Rene the host was very helpful and provided useful information.

Its location: although the property was very central, there were some perhaps questionable characters in the street. This might cause anxiety for other guests.
