It was cold and very very dirty walls all stain . Behind bathroom door must never see water from it was put down. Bed was very uncomfortable . Tv up on wall not working no service on it . Breakfast was poor .

Clean and good central location to pubs and Hotel and good view on to the beach

convenient location Bundoran is rather overdeveloped with "amusements", but the cliff walk at the edge of the town is really pleasant.

The room was quite small and the bed small for a double - that wouldn't matter except that I was a solo traveller but had to pay the full room fee for a double. Getting the key to the property wasn't straight-forward; I had to go to another property a few doors up and staff there had to phone the landlord. The house was self-catering with kitchen/sitting room facilities. I had the misfortune to be there the same night as a group of people who were - against regulations - drinking and smoking in kitchen area, using a breakfast bowl as their ashtray and they left the kitchen table (and the floor around it) in a terrible state.

Breakfast was very good.
