Nice 2 bedroom house in Stowmarket

Clean, comfy beds, modern decor, good location for station & town, good bathrooms, slept well.

Not easy for 4 adults to sit comfortably for a night in as only 2 seater & armchair, but does have table with bar stools. Could do with a full length mirror as we were getting ready for an event. No tea towels provided. A few more mugs , glasses & plates etc. would be useful but basics are there. The stairs are very steep for older or limited mobility visitors so perhaps this should be mentioned on the booking site.

Location is excellent for our trip, the property was clean throughout, nice towels and bedding. Very good value for money.

We had to park streets away which wasn't ideal with a two year old and and all thier 'stuff'

The lack of toiletries and kitchen utensils (which we didn’t need but the choose was poor for a house)

It was clean and recently refurbished.

Close to busy railway line and level crossing with loud bleeper. Difficult to park near property due to a lack of allocated spaces.

Tim is a brilliant host...the house is great!

Very comfortable beds, nice space and very clean

Stairs are quite steep.

The TV setup have many movies and shows available, also the fridge was nice as I could keep my food nice and fresh.

The lack of cooking utensils (strainer, no different ladels, no spatula, no baking tray ECT) Also it is next too a train line that runs all throughout the day and night so it halts driving but also as the master bedroom window faces that direction this would be a problem for anyone who sleeps lightly.

I liked the facilities, Tim was helpful, clean and tidy.

Could do with some basic tea and coffee facilities to make it easier to grab a cuppa on arrival. Sadly, the train all night roadworks disturbed our sleep.
