Ann's Garden flat

Nice place to stay, well equipped, comfortable.

Nice but the ceilings very low.

Wonderful little place to stay and in a good location. The property had everything that we needed for a short stay and more. Not a complaint as it adds to the charm but be aware that the doors are not full height. Not a problem for us and in fact, it added to the ambience in the evenings.

Everything we needed was packed into the four rooms - kitchen, lounge, bedroom, bathroom. Ingeniously planned and built. Very cosy. Location was excellent, just ten minutes' drive from Conwy. Parking on driveway at front of house. Friendly and helpful hosts.

Excellent use of space but was rather cramped. Low ceiling in kitchen took some getting used to, and I'm only 174 cm tall. Bed was on the small side as we both wriggle in our sleep!!

The flat is situated in a fabulous location, near both Llandudno and the Conwy Valley. Our hosts were extremely friendly and it was no problem to come and go as we pleased. The only drawbacks (these are not complaints as the text concerning the flat makes it clear) are the height of each room. My wife and I are both tall. She managed to just about stand straight but being over 6 feet, it was impossible for me anywhere inside the flat. To repeat, this was made clear so it doesn't count as a complaint. The other problem was the steep slope of the driveway down to reach the flat. If you have mobility problems or a bad knee (as my wife) it's not easy to walk down. But all in all, it's a lovely flat, spotlessly clean and tidy.

The kitchen lacks any real cooking facilities. There is an air-fryer (no instructions were visible) and a microwave but if you fancy preparing your own dinners etc, it's not really suitable.

We loved that everything was very neat, the bathroom and kitchen were well equipped and the hosts were very nice!

The apartment is small in height, but manageable and cosy

The Flat was very clean, the kitchen is well equipped. The hosts were very friendly and wanted to ensure we had a nice stay. The garden is lovely and very relaxing to sit in. The location is great for getting out and about around Conwy and Llandudno.

Beautiful location, the flat was kitted out brilliantly. The little touches like chilled water in the fridge and coffee machine topped up were lovely. The microwave cooking set allowed us to have a cooked breakfast, The garden was absolutely stunning . We made most of having breakfast and supper outside. Annie and Brad were delightful to talk to.
