Perfect location, short walk to all sites. The hotel is in a quiet location cation, historic area, beautiful building. We had the top floor apartment with an amazing view over the rooftops of Pisa. Breakfast was beautiful. Friendly and helpful staff who made great restaurant recommendations for dinner based on what we were looking for. We would definitely stay again if we return to Pisa.

I would highly recommend this place if you are staying for a few days and are looking for a centrally located, aesthetically pleasing experience as this hotel is absolutely gorgeous. Friendly staff and walking distance to everything there's to see at Pisa. There are a few nice osterias nearby- we especially liked I Santi and Del Tinti. Avoid the tourist traps on Via Santa Maria and you'll have a great time here.

We stayed at the Vaio-room which is really beautiful, but not very practical (no shower; low ceilings; no headbord on the bed). Which is no problem at all if you're staying for a few nights only, but I would probably choose another room for a longer stay.
