"Perfect location, super service, lovely staff"

All was perfect!!! Very clear description how to get into the building and to the room, it was super easy. Very great support even at the late night hours (we arrived late) with immediate response (we requested help for parking possibility) Perfect PERFECT location, lovely design, super cleanliness, spacious rooms! Very friendly and kind staff! Super service! Nice breakfast. Everything was wonderful and made our stay in Pisa great! Thank you!!!

Superb location! The room was so spacious and very tastefully decorated. The bathroom and shower were excellent. The bed was extremely comfortable. We would highly recommend this property and will definitely stay again .

"Lovely residence to stay at,location super,but need to address security of property."

The location was superb,rooms were large,showers had good pressure and lots of hot water

Reception finished at 5pm,should have 24hr reception,on our first night there was a break in as someone had gained entry to the main lobby and tried to break into the reception area,with a family it did not feel so secure after that.
