Good size hot tub, well appointed facilities, spacious accommodation, quiet location and easy to contact and freindly host. Welcome pack was a really nice touch and certainly well appreciated. Thank you.

We stayed for 3 nights with 4 friends . Tony is so prompt when responding to our queries with regards to our accommodation. The whole place is immaculately clean, bed comfortable and the hot tub is a bonus. We had a wonderful stay. Highly recommended.

Property was clean and well looked after. There was a little basket of treats which was lovely. Tony organised balloons and a banner for the birthday we were there to celebrate which was really kind and great surprise. Ideal location, not far from York but nice and quiet. Hot tub was fab. Sound system was a real treat. The Ship Inn just up the road does fabulous food and very friendly. Comfy beds. Slippers were great for getting in and out of the hot tub. Would love to stay again.
