La Terra del Mare

Appartamento confortevole,vicino ai servizi e alla stazione,ben collegata con le cinque terre. Non ho Avuto problemi nemmeno per il parcheggio, trovato sempre vicino all’appartamento e soprattutto gratuito. Consiglio a pieni voti.

Ho soggiornato con la mia famiglia, due bambini compresi... Innanzitutto per nulla accogliente arrivare a gennaio e trovare il riscaldamento spento e la finestra aperta.... Poi capisci che serviva per areare i locali dato l'insopportabile e persistente odore di muffa.... Praticamente ovunque anche dietro i caloriferi, nella doccia.... Per non parlare dei condizionatori.... Altro che sanificazione all'ozono come descritto. La vasca idromassaggio rotta, mi è stato comunicato lo stesso giorno dell'arrivo dall'host, ma in realtà anche recensioni precedenti lo citano. Giardinetto esterno praticamente inesistente e in comunione con i vicini senza alcun divisorio... solo qualche vasetto malconcio a terra e per di più dovrebbe essere idoneo per i disabili con tre gradini.... Posizione molto periferica, a ridosso della ferrovia, in una vietta pedonale molto poco curata. Sulla pulizia nulla da dire, ma del resto non si possono fare miracoli in qualche ora... Manca proprio di un'adeguata manutenzione periodica. Forse solo in estate potrebbe essere meno umido! Le foto pubblicate non rispecchiano lo stato attuale!

The apartment is just like in the pictures. It was clean and well-equipped. The host was very kind — although we only communicated in writing, we received all the necessary information. The kitchen was indeed very well equipped. We were welcomed with a bottle of wine as a gift. The train station is very close, and from there we could reach Cinque Terre directly in 20 minutes. There were several shops nearby. Parking in the area is free, and it’s not difficult to find a spot.

The apartment is on a small street directly behind the train station. The station is quite noisy in the early morning. The small street looks rather run-down, and both it and the staircase were very discouraging at first sight. The description stated that the apartment included a parking space, which was one of the reasons I chose it. However, the designated parking spots were always occupied. So in reality, there is no private parking — you can only park for free on the street. Unfortunately, one of the bathrooms had a bathtub that could not be used.

Nakatmītnē bija viss nepieciešamais, dzīvoklis sakopts. Atrodas tuvu dzelzceļa stacijai. Saimnieku, lai arī nesatikām, tika atstātas skaidras norādes, kā iekļūt naktsmītnē un kur atrast visu nepieciešamo.

Host didnt meet us but gave a detailed instructions. The apartment is very clean- definitely a hotel standard. It’s not in La spezia central which mean more opportunities to grab a seat in the train before the chaos.
