La Terra del Mare

Great apartment. Well equipped and well laid out with 2 bathrooms. Everything is of a high standard and the water and wine as a welcoming gift went over and above expectations. Manuel was so helpful with his communications and advice. Nothing was too much trouble even allowing us to have an extra Half an hour to pack up everything before we checked out. I can’t recommend both him and the apartment highly enough. We had a fabulous time in the apartment. 10/10

Very clean place and the communication with the host was excellent! Free parking close to the place. Nicely furnitured, and nice with coffee!

The smell of airfresheners in every room was disturbing. The entrence to the building is quite dodgy.. but once you open the door to the flat you will be suprices how modern in is inside!

Location (close to train station), small outdoor terrace, frendly owner (gave us wine + coffee, all the accessories you need in the apartment), clean apartment, friendly neighbors.

Not accessible by car (cca 100-150m is the nearest parking), a little bit modly (but for few days it is OK).

host was very responsive lots of free public parking nearby two WCs - convenient for more people

mold everywhere (really), in the bedroom corner there was a puddle location - lets just say "interesting", however, cannot really put it as a negative, as it was clearly indicated on the map

Everything perfect, calm and quiet

The flat was very modern and renovated, perfectly clean. We really appreciated two ACs, washing mashine, dish washer and iron. Also the placement is very practical, just 5 minutes from the train station to Cinque Terre. The owner is a very fair and friendly guy.

We were missing some things in the kitchen (like knives or cups), but we told the owner and he promised to buy and add them. :)

Owner/host met us and presented up with a nice cold bottle of a rose wine.

Pillows were hard, no soft ones on site. The unit is at the back of a building requiring a long walk down an alley with broken pavement which was not good on our luggage. The location was close to a secondary train station which caused us to have to take a train to the main (central) station each day. The train station ticket kiosk did not work most days and there was no staff at the station to assist. It was necessary to wait for a train and to ask the conductor what to do. This is not the owners fault.
