Loved everything about it. Clean, comfortable and a little of everything you might need. Location was perfect for my needs. Host left a lovely welcome message with fruit and chocolate biscuits. Very nice personal touch.

Only a small thing but annoying at the time. The sharp knives were so blunt they were almost unusable. The vegetable peeler was so blunt it was unusable. The addition of a pair of scissors would be handy.

Although breakfast is not included, Mei, our host, greeted us with a thoughtful note and some delicious treats, instantly making us feel at home. The proximity to Chartwell Mall was a significant advantage, making it easy for us to explore the local eateries—the tranquility of the neighbourhood added to the beauty of our stay.
