"Don’t do it. You’ll regret it."

Our group was harassed by the caravan in front of us because someone decided to sit down in the grass and have a cigarette enjoying the sun. 6 of us then got abuse by the caravan in front of us and decided to leave. It was horrible

The property was dirty and still had dog toys from the previous people that stayed there

"Mal olor y en condiciones desagradables"

El lugar.

La casa olía fatal, a una mezcla de moqueta sucia con sábanas con humedad. La vajilla y cubertería estaban mal lavadas. No había ni un rollo de papel en el baño. La ubicación de la casa según booking aparece cerca de la playa pero la realidad es que se encuentra al fondo del camping. Pagamos en total 220£ por una noche en la que no se podía dormir del mal olor. Notificamos el problema y le echaron la culpa a la subcontrata de limpieza, lo cual no es responsable sin ofrecer al menos una compensación o devolución de las 35£ que pagamos por tener unas sabanas con olor insoportable. Nada recomendable.

Good location, spacious

Dirty at this time. Lots of hair on the floor and sofa and also pets hair. A bit smelly on the sofa and carpet. Not provided bedding linen (need to pay extra) so we brought own bedding and duvets) No own wifi (cannot connect resort free wifi on bad weather)

"Great short trip to enjoy Camber Sands beach with the kids"

The location, big sofa to enjoy a family film in the evening. The bed was a bit tight but nice and comfortable. Good heating on chilly nights and kids slept great!

The shower could do with some attention, no water pressure and no hot water on arrival, but owners were extremely quick to help and was resolved.
