Lovely guesthouse perfectly located for the railway station, but less than 10 minutes walk to the town centre.

I liked the location. Right by Lancaster Railway Station. To some travellers it could be slightly noisy but the stay for me was a total pleasure. Even with atmospheric trains during the night. Travelling by train all I had to do was to cross the road to the entrance. The access system worked fine. And the complimentary food and drink items helped. The bed was comfortable and I had plenty of space. Staying at the Station Guest House was a proper travelling experience. For the price of my one night stay it was total value for money. I will be staying again in the future.

I had no problems.

Good location next to the station. Ear plugs were provided to help with the noise from the trains. Communication was good before going so it was clear what to expect and how to get in. It was clean and comfortable.

Would be good if they offered a service to store baggage after check out time. I walked into town with mine to store it in one of the shops but it would be really convenient if it was possible there.
