They contacted us very quickly after the reservation. The staff were extremely attentive and helpful. From assisting us with reaching the hotel to supporting us throughout check-in and check-out, the level of care and attention was outstanding. First of all, I would like to thank the team for this hospitality. There were a few shortcomings regarding cleanliness, but it was definitely not bad enough to make the stay uncomfortable. The bed sheets and towels were clean; however, the room seemed to need a more thorough overall cleaning.

It should have been clearly stated on Booking.com that parking is subject to an extra charge. Although we were informed about it immediately after the reservation was confirmed, I think it would be more helpful to see this information on the page before booking. After the room cleaning, the toilet paper in the bathroom had run out, but it had not been replaced with a new one.
