The apartment is beautiful

The apartment itself is nice and well located, but the experience regarding the rules and extra requirements was disappointing. Before arrival, we were asked to pay €80 for cleaning and a €630 deposit. However, despite paying the cleaning fee, at check-out we were still asked to take out the trash, remove the bed sheets, and complete several additional cleaning-related tasks ourselves. The contract also contains a very long list of strict rules and restrictions, which made the stay feel less welcoming than expected for a short-term rental. Future guests should be aware of all the extra conditions and expectations before booking.

"Beautiful apartment but overly cumbersome check-in process"

+ The location is fantastic + The rooftop terrace is beautiful + Apartment is well furnished and stylish.

- The check-in process is cumbersome and took an hour due to the requirement to pay the breakage deposit and cleaning fee with PayPal instead of with an online payment link using a credit card a few days before check in. We tried two different PayPal accounts, and even though the 80 euro cleaning fee went through, the breakage deposit, which was 600€ - almost 50% of the total price for our stay - was declined and we had to do an international bank transfer to pay the money. We ended up having to pay over 50 euro in international bank transfer fees. - Nowhere on the English booking.com website does it mention that we have to pay a cleaning fee, you only discover that after making the non-refundable booking and the owner sends you a rental agreement. Then the owner still asked us to strip the beds at the end of our stay, despite the cleaning fee.

Tener que hacer la limpieza,bajar la basura que no es menor la escalera. además pagar por eso. Como también la garantia adiciinal pedida via PayPal.
