The staff were very professional and friendly. Nana was very welcoming and accommodating. The quality of the toilet paper was observed.

Couldn't use the pool because chemicals were put in.

I really enjoyed the breakfast and the swimming pool, which was usually quiet since I rarely had to share it with many people at the same time. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was very spacious and featured two large beds, each with a different type of mattress—one softer and the other firmer—so it was easy to choose what suited me best. The area felt safe and was conveniently located near a shopping center, which was very useful for grabbing a meal or buying groceries at the supermarket.

The breakfast was served a bit late, always after 9 a.m., and every day we had to remind the staff to bring us fruit. The hotel is located next to a busy road and directly beside a gas station, which resulted in noticeable noise and a strong fuel smell. Even with earplugs, it was sometimes difficult to sleep. The curtains also let in a lot of light, so if you need darkness, you should bring a sleep mask. In the room, we were initially provided with two large towels and one hand towel, but only one bathrobe and one pair of slippers, despite being two guests. A few days later, housekeeping only provided the two large towels and nothing else. When we asked for the missing items, we were told there were issues with the laundry. For the rest of our stay, we only had the two large towels. We stayed for a total of six nights and had paid for a suite. The swimming pool could use better maintenance, as it didn’t seem to be cleaned daily. On one of the days, we were unable to use it because we were told it was being cleaned during the day. However, the following day, there was no noticeable difference.
