The room was nice and helpful staff

The staff was very nice and helpful! I really appreciated the AC, too.

It was very loud in the room because of machines outside the room and working people on thr floor and close to the windows. The wifi was only working sometimes and only in the room and not at the dirty pool. Unfortunately my bathroom smelled awful the whole time. The staff was very friendly but they call you at 8 in the morning to ask what you want for breakfast, even if you have breakfast at 9.30. Not good for long sleepers. Also the room was a little small.

The bed and spacious room was the only thing that was like for this stay.

The staff was not on call 24/7 I had to call and wake the guy up. He never gave his name. The room said comes with minibar but only 4 bottles of water in the refrigerator. And had to pay for the rest of the water throughout the 3 day stay. The said HAPPY HOUR was only on a certain day during the MONTH. No slippers in the room. Free breakfast took hours to get when it's supposed to be at 8:00am. No one at front desk to answer questions when needed.

The property is nice and clean but the staff make it, they go above and beyond to make sure that you are comfortable and they do it with a smile you don't feel like you're an inconvenient if you ask for something they do it with a smile gladly and with energy enthusiasm I would definitely be back here not a four star resort but nice clean has a beautiful pool and area of the mural that was painted is amazing the breakfast was good every day and hot fresh fruit coffee fresh juice we would definitely be back a nice comfortable budget staythank you so much
