very friendly landlords (thanks to Barry and Denise for the warm welcome, incl. tour through the house); very good breakfast prepared with love; very nice separate living room just for us; we were the first guests from Germany, but will not be the last, as we will do a lot of advertising for Barry and Denise - and will definitely come again ourselves

Small bathroom, need shelves to put things on, mostly just because it is an older house, nice and clean though 😀

Breakfast Decor Hosts A very unique B&B

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful Victorian style house. Barry and Denise were amazing by providing great hospitality and attention to detail even before we arrived at the property. When we arrived, there was no need to knock on the door because they were right there to welcome us. We were delighted with the entire decoration, and our room was cozy with a comfortable bed as well as a spa tub! We loved the fresh baked cookies placed on our night stand. Our breakfast was simply delicious, colorful, and fresh, which included fresh squeezed orange juice, egg filled muffins, cinnamon rolls, fresh roasted fruit, and coffee. We will definately stay again at the rain drops on roses.

This property was immaculate and very near a great pizza shop with authentic NY pizza among other things.
