"Amazing apartment!"

Very clean and spacious! Very modern! Probably the nicest apartment I’ve stayed in in Birmingham. Lovely touch of water, chocolate and crisps on arrival! Tv was great with YouTube on.

The lift was broken (can’t be helped) and the crisps were quite stale…! The towels were also a little small. Honestly minor things though because the stay was great and would 100% stay here again!

Sehr angenehme Wohnung auch für eine Woche sehr geeignet. Ich habe mich wohl gefühlt, alles ist sehr gepflegt in der Wohnung und gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist super, wir haben alle Erkundungen zu Fuß machen können.

Es gabe keine Garderobe und die Matratze war schon ziemlich durchgelegen ..

"Very comfortable in a great location for city centre"

Clean and fresh on arrival. Bedding beautiful and clean. Plenty of clean crockery. Location was very quiet despite being in a central city location. Good supply of loo rolls, handwash and products

Sleeps 4 but only comfortable seats for 3. No mirror near a plug for doing hair. No wine glasses!

"Great location, great apartment, will book again"

The apartment was excellent, exceptionally clean and everything you needed, very spacious and the ensuite bathroom was fab. We were attending a gig at the Utilita Arena and the apartment was easily within walking distance, approx 15 mins and also very close to Birmingham New Street. Will definitely stay again when we attend our next gig.

Please do not be put off by the area, it is not the best, but it is what the apartment is like which is what counts and it is very very good. Upon entering the building there was unfortuanately a very bad smell, this I think could be down to the ongoing problems with the refuse collections - not happening and building up, but it did not affect the apartment itself at all.
