Elmardi Residence - City Centre Luxe 2-Bed Apartment

Excellent apartment, great facilities, spotlessly clean. Comfy beds. Location is good for access to central Birmingham and train station.

Don't expect to turn up 45 minutes early and get the keys!! No flexibility here from key collection point people at the local garage, as all done with QR codes and preset access times. We arrived slightly early as journey down quicker than expected.

The location was really good. It's just a 10 min walk to New Street Station. The apartment exceeded my expectations and I was glad to have picked this apartment.

The building's ground floor sometimes smelled really bad of waste other than that rest all were good.

The most spacious and comfortable place I ever stayed. Everything is clean and tidy inside the apartment. All amenities are provided generously including some snacks and a couple bottle of water. All necessary kitchen tools are provided in great condition. The beds are very comfortable and not too soft.

We smelled very strong marijuana on the ground level everyday we went in and out.

The apartment was exceptionally clean, very modern and with all the facilities you would need for a comfortable stay. The fans in the room were a nice addition as it was a hot evening in Birmingham during our stay. The hosts were really responsive and check-in was very easy. We would recommend!

Better value & more fun than two hotel rooms. Two good sized rooms, two bathrooms, all clean. Good choice

Parking a slight pain but manageable

Good location. Keys arrangement was easy/hassle free with good details provided. Clean, comfortable apartment, good location and good value

King size beds would be preferable as there is sufficient space but beds were comfortable.
