Very central for tavernas and public transport, welcome drinks provided, comfortable bed, good link received for airport taxi service, reasonably priced. Huge terrace with a great view of the city however it needs some serious tidying up.

Lift only goes to the floor below - 15+ steps to climb with suitcases - only found this out the day before arrival. Bathroom lighting abysmal, shower cubicle doesn't seal, towel rail and shower rack removed but not replaced. Wahing machine is old with a broken lid and did not work so we ended up handwashing clothes. 'Stovetop cooker' is one plug in ring which you have to unplug the kettle to use. Also you have to unplug the fridge to use the microwave. Frying pan with no handle. 1 knife, 1 teaspoon, 1 dessert spoon & 3 forks for 2 people. No teatowel for drying dishes. No pegs for laundry. Loose curtain poles, Ceiling decor not good as roof has obvioulsy leaked before. Terrace furniture tatty. CHECKOUT! Our booking stated 11.00-12.00.. at 10.59 2 ladies appeared at the door advising that we must leave as checkout was 11.00, when we showed them the booking all they replied was 'Sorry but it is 11.00'. Our taxi was booked for 12.00 so we had to wait on the strret until it arrived

Location was great! Very comfy bed. Cosy outdoor place to sit. Overall, it's okay to stay. On a fun note, we had an adorable pigeon dance on the metal roof in the morning :)

The view was different from the photo because the terrace faced the opposite direction, which limited our chance to fully enjoy the sea views that attracted us to this place initially. The place is smaller than it looks in the photos, and the shower was poorly made.

Great location in Ladadika, near by the Square Aristoteloys, wonderful view from the terrace.

I stayed for one night. The location was convenient, but the loud music from the nearby bar made it difficult to sleep.

Excellent location; superb views. Comfortable bed. Overall a very well presented apartment. I had a wifi problem but it was solved promptly and with very friendly communications

The kitchen sink tap is leaking badly when it's turned on. The owners may want to look into this as it may cause damage to the counter top.
