Quando chegamos no local, não estava muito limpo, tinha restos de produtos de outros hospedes, pagamos uma taxa de 15€ por ter feito check in após o horário, que era em torno de 21hrs, os mercados já estavam fechados uma observação:(não tinha nenhum tipo de “agrado” de boas vindas, um café/chá, um cookie ou algo nesse estilo) não é obrigatório, mas seria interessante já que o valor não foi barato, seria interessante ter um microondas também, para muitos hóspedes isso é muito útil

Lage als Ausgangspunkt in der Stadt gut. Jedoch die Umgebung selbst eher schlecht. Kein schöner Ausblick. Man schaut in einen dunklen feuchten Hinterhof mit lauter Müll und Bauschrott. Zudem sind die Nachbarn ziemlich laut, auch nachts.

Beim Eintreten stolpert man über Bauschutt und Abfall im Innenhof. Ausblick in den "Hinterhof", eher auf eine Abstellfläche für Müll und Schrott. Fenster würde ich dauerhaft geschlossen lassen, da sonst jeder in das Zimmer einsteigen kann. Apartment selbst im sehr schlechten Zustand, nicht wie auf den Bildern zu sehen! Abgenutzt, viele Ecken sind schwarz vor Schimmel und dreckig. Dementsprechend riecht das Apartment auch nach Schimmel. Die Dusche ist eine komplette Fehlkonstruktion. Wasser fließt nicht ab und der Boden im Bad steht dauerhaft unter Wasser. Ausstattung sehr traurig, besonders in der Küche kaum Inventar. Waschmaschine nicht nutzbar, da sie komplett schimmelt. Den WLAN Router musste ich bei Anreise erstmal selbst reparieren. Uns wurde bei Check In eine Gebühr in Rechnung gestellt. Später wurden wir bei der Bitte für eine Rechnung im Chat vom Gastgeber beleidigt. Keine schöne Erfahrung. Generell war die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber schwer, langwierig und respektlos, besonders wir als "Deutsche" bekamen einen sehr abwertenden Tonfall zu spüren. Antwort: Ja, wir sind zu spät gekommen, da unser Zug Verspätung hatte. Sowas kann auf Reisen vorkommen und passiert auch anderen Urlaubern! Damit müssen Sie als Gastgeber rechnen. Wie bereits kommuniziert brauche ich für die Gebühr eine offizielle Rechnung, wie es überall Standard ist. Wo ist das Problem? Das ist kein Betrug, so ein Schwachsinn. Betrug ist es, auf Booking.com Bilder von einem neuen, schicken und modernen Apartment zu posten, die aber anscheinend schon 10 Jahre alt sind. Mittlerweile ist das Apartment dreckig, abgeranzt, schimmelnd, nass und ekelhaft. Der Zustand sollte vielleicht vor Buchung kommuniziert werden?

Everything was wrong. The host was unfriendly and dishonest. There was NO wifi in the place and he didn't do anything to solve the issue. He was rude when I asked him questions. The place is small, the kitchen lacks utensils, there was no toilet paper, 4 stained towels, many ants, dirty silverware, very little love. The bed was uncomfortable. The entrance to the flat is DISGUSTING and DARK. The ad says "views" but the only thing you could see was a filthy garden full of trash. Hot water lasted 1 minute. Advice: Don't stay here!

Tutto il resto, Host completamente assente, sia per il check in, lasciandoci le chiavi dove tutti potevano prenderle, sia per il resto dei 7 giorni dato che si è volatilizzato alla nostra richiesta degli asciugamani e carta igienica promessi e totalmente assenti tranne un rotolo di carta Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato PELI UMANI sulla tavoletta del bagno sporca di pipì e chissà cosa altro, porta del bagno che cade a pezzi, uno sportello mancante in cucina, ragni e formiche ovunque, una padella COMPLETAMENTE ricoperta di sporco e unto imdescrivibile, piano cottura disgustoso e sporco formiche che invadevano tutta la cucina Ragniatele in ogni angolo, banchi di polvere in ogni anta e nessun cambio di lenzula pulite, temiamo non fossero nemmeno state cambiate, il letto è un divanoletto con un lenzuolo sopra il pavimento della doccia è letteralmente legno, trovate muffa nei vari angoli con pittura sopra, nessun sapone per lavarsi nulla di nulla abbiamo fatto foto e video di tutte le condizioni elencate, ma la cosa peggiore rimarrà l'host completamente sparito dopo averci detto al seguito di numerosi tentativi di contatto, che sarebbe passato in città in un ora a portarci carta e asciugamani, cosa che ovviamente non è mai avvenuta

Scale senza corrimano , pericolose se fatte di notte per andare in bagno ad es . Si vendono come appartamento ma stoviglie tegami e utensili da cucina sono talmente pochi che sono più una scusa per vendersi bene ... Tipo 1 solo cucchiaino , 2 coltelli da cucina che non tagliano nulla , 2 bicchieri 2 tazze la tv non và....

Трябваше да ни компенсира но така и не се случи.
