Luna Cottage - Grove Road Cottages

Good communication from host throughout stay. Good location and comfortable house. We felt safe.

Just small practical stuff to include in kitchen: A can opener Larger mugs A Pyrex mixing bowl More serving bowls for salads Would be good to have consistent hot water for showers.

The cottage was very well presented and nicely decorated throughout. The housekeeping/cleaning was excellent. The location is superb for the town center so everything is within easy walking distance. We were able to park nearby too for free which meant we did not need to worry about the car. Great value considering what we paid! It was a great find and can highly recommend it.

The fire was lovely

The Location was really close to the centre of Stratford upon Avon so was brilliant. Lots to do and places to visit. The host was very welcoming and caring. When the weather had a sudden cold blast the host came round to make sure we were warm enough and put the heating on constant. We all thought this was a nice thing to do and we all said we would stay again.

The house had elements that could have made it a pleasant place to stay, but beyond that it was furnished, decorated and equipped to a poor standard which made it feel like student accommodation. Even the glassware and china failed to deliver a matching set. The road is busy and noisy, which is an issue for residents of the front bedroom. That room, inexplicably, had a spare bed in it which significantly reduced the available space. Pillows, duvets and covers were also rather cheap and ill fitting.

Overall needs a paint. Bit tired looking V Poor kitchen utensils , but forgiven as exceptional value and v central location. Parking space tiny , think should warn guests it’s suitable hatchback only

We were very happy that we booked this cottage as it was a fantastic base from which to explore Stratford. It had everything we needed for our family break. Free parking behind the cottage was a bonus although we didn't need the car as everything was so close by. Top pick!

Great location, within easy few minute walk into town, with its own parking. Great to have the space and facilities of a house and not just one room like a hotel.

Not much, was nice, maybe a bit of tlc for the small garden / back yard, although we didnt use it as only there for the 1 night.
