Good location for glow worm cave tours.

The sheets had not been changed. There was alot of hair in the bed. Disappointing. Apart from that the room was spotless.

Everything is impeccably clean and organised.

The location is great to go to the caves but a bit trick to find in the night. It is not a big deal, but we can hear the road near.

Lovely setting close to the glow worm caves and town.

I was really impressed with the level of cleanliness: both room and bathroom were spotless. Good variety of choice for breakfast. Lovely hosts and perfect position for visiting the Waitomo Caves. We’ve really enjoyed our stay.

Bit tricky to find late at night I suggest a large house number at the entrance to the three properties, although I did work it out Breakfast options - brilliant, ready to use, Huge thank you Little treats - stunning, chocolate in between the ornaments, and plants - stunningly done.

A choice of pillows. This is the only recommendation I have, that there would also be a flatter pillow. Choice is good for different people
