Hotel & Room: - The hotel was very clean, air conditioning very cold, shower was very hot. The room came with a big bed, refrigerator, hair dryer, complimentary (coffee, tea, and water), tv, one free water per day, and a stainless steel pot for hot water or tea. The facility has a kitchen, offers breakfast only, and a 24-hour microwave for all to use. Do not forget your bathing suit, so that you will get to enjoy the nice swimming pool. Housekeeping: - Housekeeping staff were very friendly and went above and beyond to make sure that I had a comfortable 6-night stay. Check-in and Check-out (Front desk): - Check-in and check-out was easy, paid cash upon check-in (reserved with credit card), very friendly and respect filled front desk staff that helped with transportation and tour arrangements, and custom tailoring options. The front desk staff arranged stress free transportation (for a set fee) to the airport upon checking-out. Communicating Convenience: - The hotel sent a WhatsApp message to my phone before checking in and a day before checking out with Wifi login information, tour information, and they offered an open door to reply to any additional help that I may need during my stay. Very central and close to everything you need. Aircon in room works great. Shuttle bus to the beach is an amazing bonus.

The water in the bathroom is very temperamental. The cold water would just stop working half way through a shower and become really hot. Tried to tell the staff and they just told us cold is to the right and hot to the left. Pillows are massive so if you have neck or back issues consider bringing your own. Pool is very very hot it’s more like a spa.

The hotel’s location near a café was convenient, and the room’s soundproofing ensured a peaceful stay.

Not as expected. Small run down rooms. Weak AC. Pool did not seem very clean and was very warm

It was close to old town so it was easy to walk to and from the main centre for dinner and brunch daily

When we arrived our bedding wasn't clean, smelt musty , had sand in our bed! Had to go to reception and ask to have clean sheets as the bed hadnt need changed , but when we asked it was changed when we arrived back later that evening , The room and the bedding had a musty smell to it, didn't smell clean, but our beds were made if we put the please clean sign up and we got new towels and tissue. Also the pool deck chairs were flat and uncomfortable and also there were only 3 so hard to get a space

The free motorbike rental was a game-changer, and the room’s hot water shower was perfect.

The pool area was clean and relaxing, and the room’s wide bed was incredibly comfortable.

We had a great stay here. Specially thanks to the staff who was really kind to us and make us feel hospitality. We had a wonderful time with this hotel. Will come back again.

It is simply fabulous. We will definitely stay again should we return to Hoi An.
