The hotel’s laundry service was a great touch, and the room’s decor reflected Hoi An’s charm.

We were all satisfied with staff's kindness and friendly atmosphere. Breakfast was also nice.

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights and had an absolutely wonderful stay. We ordered an airport transfer which was seamless and had a very comfortable car ride from the airport to the hotel.

The pool was amazing—so warm and relaxing, it was one of the highlights of my stay. I also loved the shower; it felt really luxurious with excellent water pressure and consistently hot water. The location was perfect too—just a 10-minute walk to the old town, making it easy to explore. Everything was spotless and well-maintained, which made the whole experience even better.

Unfortunately, housekeeping woke us up at 7:30 AM three mornings in a row to deliver towels—which was really disruptive, especially since the rooms have a doorbell that rings loudly. It was even more frustrating because we didn’t get into our room until around 2 AM the first night due to a late flight. Also, I was disappointed that the hotel charged 20k for bottled water that sells for 10k in most places. I understand hotels need to make a profit, but in the Vietnam heat, a complimentary bottle of water per day would be a small but meaningful gesture. I’ve been traveling in Asia for a month and this was the only hotel that didn’t offer free daily water.

Highly recommend travelers to come here.

There was a great breakfast spread every morning which we enjoyed.

Nothing. Except for the old man who helped with our luggage up the stairs and the cleaners.

The receptionist attitude was not welcoming at all. Just felt like another customer but with no hospitality. Pictures are not up to date, expect an older hotel with dingy or broken down rooms. We paid $27 CAD for one night that felt like it should have been $10 a night. I'm sure you can find a better hotel or apartment for the same price.

The clean, modern room had a lovely balcony, and the staff provided umbrellas for a rainy day.
