The floorboards were extremely loud in the main bedroom waking other up as you walked across the floor. The king size bed was comfortable but when moving it woke up my husband and vice versa. TV kept freezing and the code for the Wi-Fi was not there had to phone owner to get it.
GBThe property is within easy walking distance to Pickering. Within the house there's everything you need to cook your own meals if you need to. The welcome pack was lovely thank you
The property is listed as dog friendly but dogs are not allowed upstairs. I wouldn't have booked if I'd have known this. Couldn't find the vacuum cleaner or the wifi code mentioned in the welcome pack so that will need to be sorted (wasn't a problem for us)

GBLocation was great. Lovely welcome pack. Plenty of space. Lots of kitchen utensils.
Water pressure was awful. Beds, especially the double bed, was very uncomfortable and dipped in the middle. Kitchen boiler looked very old and is in a bad position for children. Under the sofa cushions needs cleaned. I wouldn’t normally look but my grandson lost his dummy and we had to look for it and the sofas were covered in crumbs!! It was great the stair gates was provided but I didn’t feel they were very safe.

Front door very difficult to open as sticking at the bottom. Bolts on bathroom doors are needed. Cutlery knives need replacing as handles very loose
