I have left my booking a day early for the following reason. It’s a subpar property on a brownfield site with a factory operating 24/7. It was warm weather and I should have been able to open the windows but even with them closed the noise was still very intrusive, especially at night. The windows themselves were very poorly fitting so it's not true to say the noise can’t be heard if you close them (according to the managing agency). The property description did not mention an operating factory. There's H beam pillar running through the interior of the apartment which is not properly protected from causing injury, so not suitable for small children and elderly people. Be aware of an additional charge of £65.00 for cleaning services, despite the apartment’s price whilst booking clearly states that taxes and charges are included!

The host was brilliant and easy to contact on the phone about parking before the actual stay started so I could get to my event. So very helpful. There is also a gym 3 min walk that lets you pay to do a session! Fantastic and a little co op 5 min walk away! So perfect!
