We made our own breakfast. The Wifi was good

It was advertised as 'Essex Apartments' but it was actually 'Ashby House'. The Post code advertised was wrong quoted as CM11TA, but was actually CM11AW. This caused great deal of difficulty of wrong name advertised 'Essex Apartment and wrong postcode 'CM11TA" which was advertised in booking.com. There was only 1 cleaning done of the property in the 30 days we stayed. Hand over of keys at start and end was not an easy one either as the codes given for keys does not work.

The property was clean, nicely furnished, modern, and spacious. It felt like home.

There wasn’t anything that we didn’t like. The host exceeded expectations by having additional/spare items in the kitchen and bathrooms for use.

We loved this property for its spacious, modern feel. It was uncluttered yet very comfortable, which made our week-long stay enjoyable. Having access to a washing machine and fridge for food storage was essential for us, and the cleverly designed "utility cupboard" efficiently housed the washer/dryer along with other useful items like an iron, ironing board, and hairdryer. The property is well-equipped with everything needed for a true home-away-from-home experience, even offering thoughtful touches like a spare toothbrush in case you forget yours. Situated on the 4th floor, the flat provides a sense of privacy, as there are no passersby peering through the windows. Plus, the lift made logistics simple and hassle-free. Key collection from a designated location was easy and convenient, adding to the overall positive experience. Plenty of parking spaces outside of the building, I just needed to send our car registration for Zoe to approve with the parking company. We will be definitely back :)

There’s nothing not to like about the flat—it’s a wonderful space! The only suggestion I would make is to consider installing a grab rail by the bath. The bath is positioned slightly higher than standard, so having a rail to hold onto would be a helpful addition.
