The Nook Cottage, Parkgate, Wirral

We love parkgate having lived there while at university and it was great to visit again. We would 100% recommend this cottage for somewhere to stay.

It was beautiful, quirky, close to the front and well equipped. Lovely welcoming touches including tea, coffee, kitchen essentials and biscuits. So much on your doorstep, places to eat, walks and ease of visiting other areas of the Wirral. We loved it. Beyond our expectations

The property was easily found and accessible. Lovely accommodation and very clean.

The only criticism was the height of the staircase for accessibility especially for a less mobile person.

Spotlessly clean and very well laid out for a small property. Good communication from hosts. A welcome bottle of wine was well received! Great location for Parkgate front and also Neston.

Would have preferred a washing machine to a dishwasher, but we were there for a week and on a working holiday so probably not an issue for most. Parking was sometimes an issue especially at weekend, but we were informed of this prior to arrival.

Absolutely incredible property tasteful and modern decor. Very comfortable and some great walks.

Great location Super clean Oerfect for a short stay . Excellent food options nearby at The Ship.

The stairs are steep & tricky to go from bedroom to bathroom , needs great care but well lit with leds & good floor covering
