The location of the apartment was great. It. Was walking distance to bus station, ferry port, historical section, shopping center, and supermarket. The apartment had a very good vibe.

Lots of stairs.. Carrying a heavy suitcase can be very challenging. The apartment windows open up to a street with bars and a tramp passing by every 30 min. And especially on Friday, and the weekends we could hear a lot of noise until 4 am.

Super Lage. Das Apartment ist sauber, neu renoviert. Das Bett (die Kissen wie daheim), sehr gut. Kontakt mit Pepe ist einwandfrei, schnell und zuverlässig. Das beste sind die Fensterabdeckungen. Man hört kein Straßenlärm und es ist dunkel. So eine Lösung ist der Hit. Tagsüber hell und offen, Abends dunkel und kein Lärm. Das hat uns am meisten beindrückt um Mitte in der Stadt zu wohnen. Sehr Empfehlungswert. Schlüsselübergabe mit Code. Alles Fein.

da fällt mir nichts ein. Vielleicht nur da man mit Mietauto einen Parkplatz suchen muss (Parkhaus).

Very tastefully decorated and modern apartment directly in the historic center of Santa Cruz. Lots of daylight, which was nice!

No fault of the apartment, but be aware that it is on a street that can get fairly noisy at night.

"Un refugio estupendo en Santa Cruz para recorrer todo Tenerife."

Apartamento luminoso, recién reformado en el centro histórico de Santa Cruz, rodeado de restaurantes, a 5 minutos de la plaza España y en plena zona comercial. Bien comunicado con el tranvía justo delante.

Por poner algún detalle; ruido exterior por tratarse de una zona de ocio nocturno y tener el tranvía al lado... pero las ventanas son nuevas, cierran herméticamente y no hay ningún problema para dormir. Se trata de un 2º piso sin ascensor (a tener en cuenta si tienes problemas de movilidad).

Cerca de todo y estay bien equipado.

Que al estar en el centro,tener bares debajo y estar de fiesta la gente es muy escandalosa . Pero bueno se puede dormir . Se cierran ventanas y si hace falta tapones . Y que a pesar de preguntar dos veces , antes de ir y allí .. que si podía salir un poco más tarde nadie me contestó.Leí que había que pagar un suplemento.
